The 2008 World Car Of The Year Finalists Are... In about two to three weeks from now, the auto industry will be closing the auto show season with a grand finale -- the World Car of the Year (WCOTY) Awards at the New York International Auto Show. The WCOTY Awards is divided into three categories: the 2008 World Car, the 2008 World Performance Car and, finally, the 2008 World Green Car. Public show dates are on March 21 to 30.
