98 to 00 motor swap I have a 98 gt and am in the process of swapping the motor to a 00 4.6 and i have run into an issue with the fuel rail not having a return port, but the 98 did. I dont want to change the untake back to the 98 and the rails wont mount to the 00... any ideas? I was told that it is a shelby motor but I dont know how to confirm this. I can tell you that it is a 289hp dual quad with fomoco and the firing order stamped on the intake with holley carbs. Great forum with tons of info, you guys rock!!! 66 289 2bbl manifold question I rebuilt my autolite 2100 yesterday, and when I removed the spacer and gasket from the manifold there was a chamber on the driver side that was full of oil. Does anyone know where the oil would come from and why the chamber is there?
